This 'Mo Gan Shan Shan' green tea is produced by tea master Mr Zhao and his mother, who inherited the art of production from her own mother. Their green tea is very popular in the local market, so only a small portion of this tea is exported, if at all.
Mr Zhao follows biodynamic principles: from start to finish, no pesticides or chemicals are used in producing the tea, and the bushes are watered with spring water and fertilised with grass and chicken manure.
