Tie Guan Yin – Selected Grade (2025 Autumn) is a high-quality oolong tea from Anxi, Fujian Province, China. This 2025 autumn harvest is distinguished by its intense, long-lasting floral aroma and smooth, creamy texture.
The aroma reveals notes of lily, honeysuckle and orchid. Once brewed, the tea has a light yellow colour with a silky, fresh and elegant character. The leaves are tightly rolled into small pellets and can be infused several times, gradually revealing new layers of aroma and flavour.
Brewing: use 2–3 g of tea leaves per 350 ml of boiling water and infuse for 2–3 minutes. For Gong Fu brewing, use 8 g per 160 ml and prepare with short, repeated infusions.
Store in a dark, dry place.
