Each bite reveals a rich 71% dark chocolate, where a subtle bitterness is balanced by the crunch of cocoa nibs. The bar is handcrafted near Avignon in collaboration with an experienced artisan chocolatier, continuing a family tradition and creating bold, characterful recipes.
The cocoa beans are sourced from responsibly managed plantations in Latin America, where soil and climate contribute to an intense aromatic profile and depth. All ingredients are 100% organic and natural, free from palm oil and preservatives, and made using pure cocoa butter. This expressive recipe has received recognition, winning an award at the 2018 Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine.
The packaging features an illustration by artist Jean Jullien – a playful character with a croissant-shaped moustache and a cup of coffee in hand, capturing a light, everyday moment of French “art de vivre”. It is not just chocolate, but a cheerful and stylish companion for any coffee break.
