Senų vynmedžių vynas (daugiau nei 70 m. amžiaus) daromas tik geriausiais derliaus metais. Vynuogių fermentacijos ir maceracijos procesas vykdomas naujose prancūziško ąžuolo statinėse ir trunka net 26 dienas. Vėliau vynas brandinamas 18 mėnesių, tose pačiose, naujo ąžuolo statinėse.
Vynas pasižymi gilia vyšnių spalva bei galingu ir kompleksišku aromatu, kuriame juntami sirpių juodų uogų kvapai, kuriuos papildo dūmo, juodojo šokolado bei saldymedžio natos. Burnoje - saldi ataka, daug nugludintų taninų ir itin galingas skonis. Ilgame poskonyje atsiskleidžia saldžių prieskonių bei pipirų natos.
Tiekti 18–20°C prie laukinės paukštienos, ėrienos, minkštai pagamintos jautienos, juodojo šokolado.
Plenty of oak spices here but they go off slowly as the mineral and floral quality comes more to the front. Blackberries, dark cherries and crushed stones with grilled thyme and mussel shells. Dusty, fine-grained tannins grow on the palate, giving a very tight grip before the lasting finish. Drink from 2025.
