White Wine – 100% ‘Chardonnay’
Vincent Château Fuissé Tête de Cuvée Pouilly-Fuissé AOC 2023 is an elegant and multi-layered white wine from the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, crafted exclusively from the estate-owned vineyards of Château de Fuissé, nurtured by the Vincent family since 1862.
In the glass, it reveals a pale golden hue with a subtle green tint. The aroma is filled with tropical fruits – mango, pineapple, and sun-ripened lemon – complemented by toasted almond and delicate mineral notes. On the palate, a creamy yet fresh texture unfolds, balancing luscious exotic fruit with citrus vibrancy and leading into a long, refined finish.
The grapes are sourced from 50 individual vineyard parcels spread across varied terroirs rich in clay and limestone. This diversity brings exceptional complexity to the wine’s flavor and aroma. Each parcel is fermented separately in stainless steel vats to preserve its unique character. After fermentation, 60% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels (one-third new), while the remaining 40% is matured in stainless steel, striking a perfect harmony between richness and freshness.
