White dry
The wine is made from old, approximately 40-year-old 'Sauvignon Blanc' and 'Semillon' vines grown in clay and gravel soils. The grapes are hand-harvested. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Finally, the wine is aged for 18 months in new oak barrels.
The wine reveals itself through aromas of crushed stone, lemon and bergamot. Hints of sage, rosemary and acacia add complexity to the bouquet. The wine is intensely flavoured, with dominant notes of pear, apple and white stone fruits.
Serve at 10–12 °C with salads, seafood or white meat dishes.
