The caviar offers a full, intense flavour with subtle spicy and umami notes, followed by a long, gently salty and clean finish. Its texture is soft, velvety, and melts in the mouth. The 5-star Siberian caviar features medium-sized pearls measuring 2.6–2.7 mm, with colours ranging from black and grey to shades of brown and olive. The caviar is fresh and unpasteurized, preserving its natural character.
To maintain impeccable quality, the caviar must be stored under proper conditions. Upon delivery, the tins should be placed immediately in the refrigerator and stored at a temperature between –3 °C and +2 °C. Caviar must never be frozen, as freezing irreversibly affects its texture and flavour.
