This rum is made by fermenting freshly pressed juice from island-grown sugarcane. The harvest is collected only once a year! This method of rum production is rare today—only a handful of producers in certain countries still make rum this way. There are absolutely no additives or artificial colorings. The aroma shows intense vanilla, fruit notes, and a grassy character. On the palate it is full-bodied with a rich texture.
