This spirit is produced by double distillation of wines made from various local grape varieties, each aged separately for at least 8 years in French oak barrels. The entire ageing process is fully supervised by the Mascaró family winemakers.
Amber-gold in color, it opens with aromas of vanilla, toasted nuts, and dried fruits. On the palate it is creamy, smooth, and long-lasting.
Serve at 16–18 ºC — an excellent companion to a fine cigar.
