MICHEL CLUIZEL Classic Chocolate Truffles with Madagascar Cocoa

A true embodiment of chocolate tradition. These handcrafted truffles, delicately coated in premium cocoa powder, conceal a velvety ganache heart made from cocoa beans grown on the Mangaro Plantation in Madagascar.

The production process preserves the terroir’s distinct exotic and slightly tangy notes, giving the truffles a rich yet subtly fruity flavour. Each bite offers a perfect balance between creamy ganache smoothness and the pleasant bitterness of cocoa.

The convenient sachet format makes it easy to enjoy these truffles anytime – not only on special occasions but also during your everyday indulgent moments.

Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, pastry butter, cream, cocoa butter, stabilizer (sorbitol syrup), cocoa powder, inverted sugar, emulsifier (rapeseed lecithin), Bourbon vanilla pod.

Contains traces of milk and milk products. May contain traces of gluten and eggs.

At the family-owned French Cluizel chocolate factory, now run by the third generation of chocolatiers, the entire production process takes place under one roof — from processing cocoa beans to creating cocoa mass, chocolate bars, and pralines.

The main mission of the Cluizel chocolate masters is to preserve as much of the cocoa’s natural flavor and nutritional qualities as possible. To achieve this, the beans are carefully prepared right on the plantation: immediately after harvesting, they undergo an initial fermentation, and later travel to the Cluizel manufactory, where they are slowly roasted to achieve the perfect texture. The roasting stage is crucial, as it reveals the true, natural character of the cocoa bean.
