An aged pasteurised cow's milk cheese. Made in the traditional way – the cheese is wrapped in spruce bark, creating a distinctive flavour and aromas of forest floor. The cheese is soft and creamy. It is a summer Mont d'Or, only made smaller.
Ingredients: pasteurised cow's milk, rennet, salt, milk ferments.
May contain traces of milk and milk products.
Nutritional value (100 g): 1128 kJ / 272 kcal, fat 22 g, saturated fatty acids 14 g, carbohydrates: store at 4–8 °C.
