A soft pasteurised cow's and sheep's milk cheese, made in the Piemonte region. Creamy in texture, with a delicate aroma. Pairs with fresh white wines or those aged in oak casks.
Ingredients: cow's milk, sheep's milk, cream, salt, rennet.
May contain traces of milk and milk products.
