Soft cheese made from cow’s milk and cream, layered with truffles inside. Aged in cellars for at least 3 weeks, then for 2 weeks in wooden boxes. With longer ageing, the cheese becomes even creamier. It features a creamy, gently spiced flavour and a more pronounced aroma.
Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, cream, truffles (2%) (Tuber aestivum, olive oil, flavourings), salt, rennet, lactic cultures.
May contain traces of milk and milk products.
