White dry
The wine comes form 25 year old vines with deep roots. The grapes are harvested from a separate vineyard from the extremely ripe berries. Fermentation for 8 weeks in open wooden barrels, after which the wine is drained (the grapes are not pressed) and not filtered. Aromas of apple, pear, yellow plum, wild bee honey. In the mouth is fruity and mineral.
Serve at 8-10 °C with pasta with mushroom/vegetables, vegetable lasagna, grilled boletus.
