White dry
A wine from the Meursault AOC appellation, a classic white Burgundy, produced by the Olivier Leflaive estate. The wine's aromas unfold with notes of almonds, hazelnuts, and orchard apples. On the palate, a balance between softness, elegance, and crisp acidity stands out. The taste reveals excellent hints of toast, honey, and a creamy texture.
Meursault is the largest village in the Côte de Beaune, primarily producing white wines. Depending on the location of the plots, the soil is rich and deep (at the foot of the hill) or limestone and marl in the 'mountains'. This cuvée is blended from 15–20 different plots of 'Chardonnay'.
The aging process lasts 18 months, with 6 months in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barrels (20% new oak).
Serve at 12-14 °C with grilled seafood with prawn or crayfish sauce.
