White dry
Legado is a range of wines of great intensity and complexity from exceptional vineyards. This Chardonnay from Limarí is intense, full-bodied and has high acidity and is marked by the minerality of the calcareous soils in the region. Fresh aromas of citrus and stone fruit intermingle with a saline note. In the mouth, it is medium-bodied with a smooth texture and the intensity of the fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and moderate alcohol. The finish is long and leaves a persistent mineral aftertaste.
Serve at 10 - 12 °C with fried fish and poultry seasoned with cream sauce, ceviche.
