Red dry
The 'Syrah' grapes are carefully selected and rigorously checked during quality control. They are gently crushed, then transferred by gravity into temperature-controlled tanks. Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation occur naturally. Maceration with the skins lasted 21 days.
The wine boasts a concentrated ruby-violet colour. The aromas are delicate and complex, with notes of cigar box, leather, spices and gooseberries. The wine is full-bodied, very soft and complex on the palate. Fresh, with vibrant, ripe tannins that leave a firm and long-lasting finish.
Serve at 16–18 °C with game stew, beef steak or long-aged cheeses.
