“Soligea Classic” is a premium-quality extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed from ‘Koroneiki’ olives grown in the Soligea area of the Peloponnese region, Greece. The olives are hand-picked at their optimal ripeness and pressed within just a few hours of harvest, preserving their natural aroma, antioxidants, and polyphenols.

This olive oil stands out for its balanced flavour and fresh character. The aroma reveals notes of green olives, freshly cut grass, artichoke, herbs, and almonds. On the palate, it is harmonious – fruity, slightly bitter, and gently peppery, showcasing the intensity and natural structure of the ‘Koroneiki’ variety.

Taste profile: fruitiness 4.8 / 6, bitterness 3.8 / 6, pungency 4.0 / 6.
Acidity: < 0.4 º.

Recommended for salads, grilled fish, white meat dishes, fresh bread, and vegetable appetizers. It also works beautifully as a finishing touch for warm dishes, enhancing them with a burst of fresh aroma.
