Encased in a uniquely designed opaque glass bottle, this olive oil displays an intense green color, reflecting its high chlorophyll content (the natural green pigment in plants) and remarkable expressiveness.
On the nose, it reveals a very young and vibrant green fruity profile, with notes of fresh grass, tomato leaves, green apple, and unripe banana peel. On the palate, it maintains the same aromatic intensity and freshness, with herbaceous tones reminiscent of wild greens.
