A soft, short-aged pasteurised goat's milk cheese, distinguished by a natural, slightly yellowish and wavy creamy-textured rind. Made in Dordogne, southwestern France.
Ingredients: pasteurised goat's milk, rennet, salt.
May contain traces of milk and milk products.
Nutritional value (100 g): 1196 kJ / 288 kcal, fat 23 g, of which saturated fatty acids 17 g, carbohydrates 1.3 g, of which sugars 1.3 g, protein 19 g, salt 1.5 g.
Store at 4–8 °C.
