White dry
Wimmer Czerny Fumberg Grüner Veltliner Wagram 2024 is an organically certified white wine from the Wagram region in the heart of Austria. This Grüner Veltliner grape variety reflects the purity of the terroir and the producer's philosophy of naturalness.
The wine has a fresh, mineral character with subtle notes of white pepper, green apple, citrus and fresh herbs. Balanced acidity and a long aftertaste make it an excellent choice.
The harvest is hand-picked. The picking usually takes place early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks (rarely in large oak barrels) to preserve freshness and fruitiness. Wild yeast is used. The wine is aged on fine yeast for several months to gain more structure, creamy texture and stability.
Serve at 8-10 °C with fish or white meat dishes, salads, and appetizers.
