Protos Carroa 2021 is a complex and expressive red wine made from 100% Tinto Fino grown in vineyards over 50 years old. The wine is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels, followed by additional maturation in large oak vats and a final refinement in concrete eggs. It reveals aromas of ripe cherries and dark berries, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, spices, and toasted wood. The palate is velvety, well-structured, and beautifully balanced.
Protos Cuvée Verdejo is a fresh and aromatic white wine made from 100% Verdejo grapes grown organically in Rueda. Fermented at low temperatures and partially aged on the lees, it offers aromas of herbs, citrus fruits, apples, and light tropical notes, supported by vibrant acidity and a clean, dry finish.
