P'tit Sainte Maure d'Antan is a traditional goat's milk cheese with an exceptional character, made according to old French cheesemaking traditions. This cheese is recognized by its characteristic elongated shape.

The texture of the cheese is elegant and harmonious: a homogeneous, creamy yet sufficiently firm interior is hidden beneath a thin, velvety rind. The flavor acquired during maturation is characterized by the freshness typical of goat's milk, complemented by earthy, nutty and slightly piquant notes. Over time, the cheese becomes more intense and its flavor deeper and more complex.

Due to its authentic, "rustic" style and balanced taste, Petit Sainte Maure d'Antan is a real discovery for cheese gourmets. It perfectly reveals itself on a cheese platter, combining the traditional piquancy of goat's milk with a subtle sweetness.

This cheese is ideally combined with crispy French baguette bread, fresh fruits (e.g., grapes or pears) and nuts. We recommend choosing fresh, dry white wines from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety from the Loire Valley to accompany it.
