A soft, washed-rind unpasteurised cow's milk cheese. The rind is washed with sparkling wine produced in the Champagne region of France. The cheese is fresh, with an expressive flavour and a delicate aroma.
Ingredients: low-temperature processed cow's milk, salt, rennet, milk ferments, natural colouring – Annatto (E160b).
May contain traces of milk and milk products.
