Sparkling dry
This elegant and refined dry sparkling wine comes from the historic Limoux region in Southern France. It is produced using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle). This wine stands out with its natural character – without added sugar, therefore revealing the true terroir of the region.
The wine's aroma unfolds with scents of fresh green apples, lemon zest, fresh almonds, and floral notes, while the palate is dominated by expressive acidity and subtle mineral nuances.
Fully ripened grapes are hand-picked to preserve their quality and prevent oxidation. The first fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, thus maintaining fruitiness, acidity, and freshness.
The wine is aged for about 18 months to gain complexity, smoothness, and slight yeasty notes (brioche, nuts).
Serve at 7-8 °C with white meat, fish, seafood or as an aperitif.
