A subtle and elegant rosé Champagne from the prestigious Mareuil-sur-Aÿ Premier Cru vineyard, characterized by exceptional quality and craftsmanship. This rosé Champagne is a blend of 'Chardonnay' and 'Pinot Noir' from the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. It's a Champagne that will appeal to both amateurs and professionals.
The Champagne's distinctive freshness is provided by a mineral and crisp texture. Aromas such as cranberries, mint, raspberries, and mandarin peel create a special impression of freshness.
After malolactic fermentation, this Champagne is aged on lees for 24 months. Vines over 40 years old grow in the 1er Cru vineyard of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ village. It is a blend of 44% 'Pinot Noir', 50% 'Chardonnay', and 6% 'Pinot Noir' wine aged for one year in oak barrels.
Dosage: 6 g/l.
Serve at 8-10 °C with grilled salmon, tuna carpaccio and fruit desserts.

Jean-Paul Hébrart took over the management of the Champagne Marc Hébrart estate from his father, Marc Hébrart, in 1997. The estate is located in the Vallée de la Marne subregion of Champagne. Marc Hébrart began producing champagne under his own name in 1964. Today, the family owns 14 hectares of vineyards spread across 65 plots in six villages: 1er Cru vineyards in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Avenay-Val-d'Or, and Bisseuil, as well as Grand Cru villages in Aÿ, Chouilly, and Oiry in the Côte des Blancs region.
The "Spécial Club Champagne" represents the highest classification level that grower-producers can achieve. Membership in this exclusive club requires strict adherence to rigorous quality standards, with an intensive, multi-stage inspection process that begins each year in early February. Marc Hébrart has been a member of Club Trésors de Champagne, also known as "Spécial Club," since 1985.
Wine Style
Hébrart Champagnes are full-bodied and expressive, yet not heavy. The entire range is of consistently high quality and offers an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
Prestigious Vineyards
The winery owns prestigious vineyards, some acquired as early as 1962. Among them, the most notable are:
These are complemented by lesser-known but uniquely expressive vineyards in Avenay-Val-d'Or and Bisseuil.
Aging and Consumption Period
Jean-Paul Hébrart Champagnes are perfectly balanced and enjoyable to drink immediately, while also having the potential to age and develop beautifully over time. For example, "Spécial Club" Champagnes are aged for 36 months before release, adding extra complexity and depth.
