Red dry
Aged for 12–16 months in new oak barrels.
The complex bouquet highlights pure blackcurrant, herbal, coffee and fresh white bread aromas.
Massive on the palate, with abundant tannins that begin to soften after 7–8 years from the vintage, revealing new layers of aroma.
We recommend serving it at 16–18°C with beef, lamb, roasted veal, game birds (e.g., pheasant), and turkey dishes. While still young, it can also be enjoyed with more intense dishes. It is equally enjoyable on its own.
