Sparkling dry
This exceptional sparkling wine is dedicated to Eugénie Limouzy, the legendary great-aunt of Georges and Roger Antech, whose legacy inspires elegance and a deep respect for tradition within the Antech family's winemaking.
The aromas unfold with exquisite subtlety, delighting with notes of white flowers, crisp green apples, exotic lychees, and honey. The taste is delicate, elegant, and pleasantly soft, characterized by wonderfully preserved freshness, a harmonious balance, and a long-lasting finish.
This sparkling wine originates from the hillsides of the Mediterranean coast, where 20–50-year-old ‘Chardonnay’, ‘Chenin Blanc’, and ‘Mauzac’ vines thrive in clay-limestone soil.
The wine is produced using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle) and is aged on its lees for 18 months.
Serve at 7-8 °C with white meats, seafood and fish.
Antech, an independent family domain for 6 generations, is specialized in the elaboration of sparkling wines in the Crémant de Limoux appellation, near Carcassonne in the south of France.
