Michel Cluizel dark chocolate “Mokaya Plantation” (min. 75% cocoa, organic).

This exceptional chocolate bar, made from cocoa beans grown on the Mokaya Plantation in Mexico, takes you to the heart of the Chiapas region – where volcanic soil and tropical climate give cocoa its unique character.

Although the cocoa trees grow in volcanic soil, this chocolate is remarkably smooth and rich in aromatic complexity. Its flavour reveals notes of exotic fruits, cocoa, almonds, and roasted hazelnuts, creating a harmonious and long-lasting finish.

Made from organic cocoa, the “Mokaya Plantation” chocolate reflects Michel Cluizel’s craftsmanship and respect for nature. An authentic, intense, and refined taste that invites you to savour every bite slowly.

Ingredients: cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla pod.

The main mission of the Cluizel chocolate masters is to preserve as much of the cocoa’s natural flavor and nutritional qualities as possible. To achieve this, the beans are carefully prepared right on the plantation: immediately after harvesting, they undergo an initial fermentation, and later travel to the Cluizel manufactory, where they are slowly roasted to achieve the perfect texture.
