Red dry
The grapes are harvested from different vineyards - Burgos and Valladolid. The average age of the vines is 25 years. The wine is aged for 6 months in French and American oak barrels and for another 6 months in a bottle. Mecaration was performed at low temperature. The complex, maturing red wine smells of strawberries and cherries, vanilla and licorice, smoke. In the mouth - dry, medium weight, fresh acid, medium, sickle tannins, bright red berries and sweet oak taste, which is felt in both aroma and taste, but does not overshadow the fresh fruity prevailing in the wine. The wine impresses with its long-lasting aftertaste.
Serve at 15-17 °C with various meat dishes, pasta with meat sauce, hard matured cheeses.
