Sparkling dry
This pink sparkling wine is a Crémant de Limoux of the highest quality, produced using the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle), the same as renowned Champagne. The wine originates from the Limoux region in Southern France, considered the first region for sparkling wine in the country.
The aromas reveal a subtle elegance, harmoniously blending nuances of strawberry, cherry, grapefruit, and white flowers. On the palate, a gentle and refreshing acidity along with a pleasant creamy texture perfectly complements the fruity and long-lasting finish.
The Antech family, cultivating the traditions of Crémant de Limoux production for six generations, is one of the most renowned producers in the region. Currently, the estate is successfully managed by brothers Georges and Roger Antech, and Georges' daughter Francoise Antech-Gazeau, recognized as one of the most talented female winemakers in France. Their passion and experience ensure the highest quality of the wine.
This Cuvée Eugénie is meticulously crafted from four grape varieties: Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Mauzac, and Pinot Noir. The wine is aged on its lees for 18 months.
Serve at 6-8 °C as an aperitif, with seafood, sashimi or Thai cuisine, light salads or refreshing desserts with red berries.
Antech, an independent family domain for 6 generations, is specialized in the elaboration of sparkling wines in the Crémant de Limoux appellation, near Carcassonne in the south of France.
