A medium-oxidised oolong tea also known as Shu Xiang, which translates as 'ripe and fragrant'. The dry tea leaves are gently roasted for many hours, after which they take on a rich green and yellowish hue and a strong aroma. The aroma of the brewed tea charms with notes of sweet roasting, sweet fruits resembling ripe peaches and freshly oven-roasted nuts. The taste is delicate, refined, not at all sharp, with a long-lasting sweetness in the mouth. With multiple sips, you will feel completely refreshed, relaxed and full of energy at the same time.
Preparation: pour 100 ml of 95 °C water over 1 g of tea leaves and steep for 3–4 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. The producer recommends using softer water.
Store in a dark, dry place.
