Rose dry
A fresh and aromatic wine with notes of citrus, strawberries and white flowers. The wine is made from gently pressed juice, which is briefly stored with the skins to gain additional character. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature of 16 °C, in order to preserve as much of the natural fruitiness and aromas as possible.
A soft and expressive combination of aromas reveals: citrus notes, especially grapefruit, hints of strawberry compote, which give a sweet warmth, aromas of white flowers, which complement the freshness of the wine.
The taste is balanced, with light acidity, pleasantly warm and soft, with a refreshing grapefruit aftertaste.
Serve at 10 - 12 °C as an aperitif, with light white meat dishes, grilled vegetables, fried squid, seafood tapas.
