Susana Balbo Signature Malbec 2020 - a high-quality red wine produced from grapes grown in the prestigious Alto Agrelo (Luján de Cuyo) and Altamira (Uco Valley) vineyards, located at an altitude of 1 km above sea level. This unique growing location ensures the wine's freshness, intense flavor, and excellent acidity balance.
The aromas are perfectly balanced, with notes of raspberries, blueberries, licorice, and sweet spices. It's a medium-bodied red wine characterized by a firm yet silky tannin feel. They give the wine a deep sense of elegance and structure.
Fermentation and maceration are carried out in stainless steel tanks for 35 days to extract all the necessary flavor and aroma elements. The wine's aging lasted 13 months in French oak barrels, of which 80% are new and the rest are used.
Serve at 16-18° C with lamb roast, blue cheese burger or roast turkey.
