Red dry
Barbera is the queen of Langhe. This wine is made from three different vineyards, resulting in an orchestra in a bottle — playing red-fruit notes and seeking a balance between softness and the lively acidity characteristic of the variety.
Fermentation was carried out in stainless-steel tanks, followed by ageing in oak barrels. The ruby-coloured wine offers aromas of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, plums, and violets. Smooth in texture, with uplifting acidity.
Serve at 16–18 °C with traditional Italian dishes (e.g., pasta with Bolognese sauce, pizza) as well as grilled pork or poultry dishes.
Domenico Clerico has been one of the greatest innovators in the Italian wine world, a long and constant task, everything focused on enhancing the qualities of Barolo with the philosophy and passion that has always guided him and moreover he has been able to skifully convey this to those who have followed in his footsteps.
