Sparkling dry
This wine is made from aromatic Gewurztraminer grapes and has a slight sweetness. Aromas of rose petals, papayas and exotic spices. Gently sparkling. Unfiltered, not clarified, without added sulphites.
Serve at 6-8 °C with tapas, fresh salads, white fish.
The story of our Domaine Laurent Bannwarth is that of a family of enthusiasts since the 1950s. Inspired by the peasant and wine-growing fiber carried by the previous generation, our parents, Laurent and Suzanne, strengthened their roots in the territory by developing a wine estate in the village for the first time.
