Red dry
Different grape varieties are fermented separately in large barrels of new oak. Then the wine for 18 months. aged in new French oak barrels made in the Allier region. The deep purple wine is characterized by a complex bouquet of sweet aromas of red berries, raisins, plums and mulberries. In the mouth, the wine is full, full-bodied.
Serve at 16 - 18 °C with grilled steaks.
The history of the Pares Balta winery in the Penedès region of Spain dates back to 1790. In the 1970s, the Cusiné family joined her. Brothers Joan and Joseph Cusiné work in the vineyards, and their wives, along with oenologists Maria Elena Jimenez and Marta Casas, are responsible for wine production. Since 2010, organic and biodynamic oenological practices have been actively applied on the farm.
