28 dienas trunkančios vynuogių sulčių fermentacijos metu, maceracijos procesas yra vykdomas 3 sav. Fermentacijos metu naudojamos laukinės mielių kultūros. Pasibaigus fermentacijos procesui vynas 16 mėn. yra brandinamas prancūziškose ąžuolinėse statinėse, paskui dar 12 mėnesių brandinamas butelyje.
