The grapes are fermented at a temperature of 27-29°C, after the maceration and malolactic transformation processes, the wine is aged in used French oak barrels, which subtly highlight the depth of its flavor.
The rich ruby-garnet color of the wine has an intense aroma of raspberries and wild cherries. The taste is characterized by hawthorn, chokeberry berries and gentle notes of cloves. Soft, light, with crisp acidity.
