Salomon Undhof Wieden Grüner Veltliner Kremstal DAC 2021 – an elegant and refreshing Austrian white wine from the prestigious Kremstal region, produced by one of the oldest wineries – Salomon Undhof, whose origins date back to 1792.
The wine has a bright aroma of citrus fruits, green apples and white pepper, which is subtly complemented by minerality and a light herbal shade. The taste is fresh, subtly tart, with crisp acidity.
Fermentation was carried out at a lower temperature (~18–20°C) in stainless steel tanks using natural yeast. The wine was stored on the lees for about 4 months.
Serve at 8-10 °C with grilled fish, seafood or soft, white mold cheeses.
