The wine's aromas reveal citrus and tropical fruits like pineapple, peach, and apple. Subtle spice notes add complexity. The wine is medium-bodied with a graceful structure on the palate.
The wine is made from hand-picked 'Chardonnay' grapes from the Uco Valley, located 1200 meters above sea level, where the cool climate and high altitude impart exceptional freshness and minerality to the wine.
Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged on lees for 3 months. 30% of the wine was additionally aged in new French oak barrels for 3 months.
Serve at 12-14 °C with: grilled prawns with lemon sauce, sushi (especially with salmon or tuna), wok dishes with tofu and vegetables.
