“Orange Wine” is a white wine vinified like a red wine, it is fermented on contact with their skins for 10 days, hence its orange hue. To be enjoyed and savoured slowly, especially on the nose as it takes time to evolve its full aromas. Harvest by hand, de-stemmed and fermented for 3 to 4 weeks in 1000L wine tubs with manual press each day. When fermentation is complete it is pressed by using a traditional manual wine press. Aged in stainless steel tanks. No oak or additives were used, with very low sulphite levels.
Serve at 14-16 °C with cheese and pate.
