Baltasis sausas
Located near La Framboisière, this plot is characterized by hard soils, dotted with small rocks which gave their name to this climate. Exclusive property of our Domaine since 1933, it benefits from a South-East exposure. The rock outcrops in this terroir, highlighting the clay-limestone soil over an area of 5 hectares.
This wine offers a variety of seductive aromas on the nose, ranging from white flowers to spices. On the palate, it begins with a pleasant freshness, then becomes rounder and smoother, thanks to its aging in oak barrels. The flavors blend harmoniously to create a subtle and balanced wine.
Serve at 12-14 °C with fresh salmon, pike in a white butter sauce, farm-bred chicken in a morel mushroom sauce.
