Rožinis sausas
Grapes come from clay-limestone rich in schist and quartz soil and planted at an altitude of 449 metres on the heights of Collobrières. Lychee colour with pale rose tints. A very delicate, elegant and a fine complex nose who appeals to the tasting of these fine flavours. Very sensual on the palate, this cuvee is supple with a fine volume and intensity. Powerful on the palate. A wine full of character.
Serve at 8-10 °C with seafood and rice dishes, desserts like pie Sollies figs and ice cream with almond milk.
