Ženia Vasiljeva's journey from Lithuanian pharmacy to the Languedoc wine world began in 2013, when she met her husband, Frenchman Thibauld Vermillard. After two years of experimentation and learning, they took over a 10-hectare family vineyard and expanded it to 12 hectares. Today, "Domaine Ampelhus" is a successful winery that has won the Best Young Winemaker in France award.
