Raudonasis sausas
The wine was fermented stainless steel tanks and aged in French oak barrels (about 50 % of new barrels) for 18 months. Elegant nose with blackcurrant and chocolate notes. In the mouth, expression of a beautiful fruit as well as the softness, richness, extreme length and very ripe tannins, complex wine.
Serve at 16-18 °C with risotto with ceps, leg of lamb, beef fillet, doe stew, mutton chops.
