Traditional method. Exclusively manual harvest and immediate pneumatic pressing. After juice selection first fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Blending and aged in cellars at controlled temperatures for an average of 18 months. Brilliant golden color with fine effervescence. The nose is fine and delicate combining white flowers, toasted and honey notes. Powerful balanced palate and persistent where freshness and finesse mingle.
Serve at 7-8 °C with white meats, seafood and fish.
