Baltasis sausas
Electio is the "elect". A delicate and sophisticated wine full of memories is made from the nearly century-old Cal Miret vineyard. The low yields of the vineyard give its advantages - excellent quality and concentration. Pale yellow color, intense aroma of ripe fruit, flowers, thyme, salted lemon peel, roasted baton; mild, fresh-tasting wine; long-lasting fruit aftertaste.
Serve at 6-8 °C with sushi, sashi, white fish, seafood.
The history of the Pares Balta winery in the Penedès region of Spain dates back to 1790. In the 1970s, the Cusiné family joined her. Brothers Joan and Joseph Cusiné work in the vineyards, and their wives, along with oenologists Maria Elena Jimenez and Marta Casas, are responsible for wine production. Since 2010, organic and biodynamic oenological practices have been actively applied on the farm.
